How is my annuity calculated?
The simulator applies the method used by professionals in Luxembourg: property value, occupancy discount based on your age (usufruct scale), then conversion of the remaining capital into a monthly annuity based on life expectancy (STATEC data). The same calculation engine powers the whole site — no figure is ever typed in by hand.
Is the result binding?
No. The result is an indicative estimate with no contractual value. Every viager is unique: the property's condition, its location and your wishes (bouquet/annuity split) refine the final figure, always validated by an expert and then a notary.
What happens to my contact details?
They are only used to send you your study and for an expert to contact you. They are never passed on to third parties. You can request their deletion at any time (GDPR).
Can I choose the split between bouquet and annuity?
Yes. Enter a desired bouquet in the form, or discuss it with the expert: the higher the bouquet, the lower the monthly annuity — and vice versa. We look for the balance that fits your project.
